An alumna of the University of Oxford, Richa Goel serves as the Director of SAAR Academy with a singular vision: to ensure that a student’s potential is never limited by geography, access, or circumstance.
Having worked extensively with students aspiring to gain admission to some of the world’s leading universities, she has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of quality mentorship and academic guidance. These experiences reinforced her belief that while talent exists everywhere, access to exceptional educational opportunities often does not.
Through SAAR Academy, Richa seeks to bridge this gap by bringing academic excellence, structured mentorship, and personalized guidance to students in Chinhat and neighbouring communities. Her goal is to provide the same quality of teaching and support available in India’s premier educational centres while keeping it accessible and affordable for local families.
Working under the guidance of the Goel Group leadership, SAAR Academy has been built around the principles of conceptual clarity, academic rigour, disciplined preparation, and individual attention. The institution aims not only to prepare students for success in IIT-JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations, but also to nurture confidence, character, and a lifelong love for learning.
